We
just might be in store for a
21st
CENTURY EARTH-FLOOD!
Noah's
"Rainbow Promise" may actually be a lie that has put all of
our lives at risk.
 |
A long long
time ago right here on planet Earth there was once a great flood. Two
of every animal and two of every insect were gathered together and put
aboard a gargantuan boat known as the Ark. God kept the Earth flooded
for over a month so that everyone else in the world would drown. The miracle
of a rainbow has always been regarded as the promise from God that He
would never flood the entire Earth again... until now. Scientists have
discovered some unsettling news about rainbows and what, if any, "promise"
comes with them at all.
It has been uncovered
that rainbows are actually caused by the nature of light, the refractive
index of water, and the shape of raindrops. As it turns out, there is no
miracle involvement at all.

Scientists have even been able to recreate a "Promise from God"
in a controlled environment! |
But
what about our promise you ask? The news doesn't get any better from here.

It has also
been confirmed that rain and sunlight have existed long before Noah, Adam
& Eve and quite possibly before the dinosaurs. This means that not only
were rainbows possible before Noah, but highly probable.

Promise
to the dinosaurs? |
This recent
development has raised many more questions that are even more troubling.
* If
rainbows are a promise (as God claims), might there actually have been
some sort of a Dinosaur-Noah back at the very first rainbow? Did God then
break His promise with a second Earth flood?
* If
there is no promise that comes with rainbows, could we be in danger of
another Earth flood?
*
Was Noah's success a surprise, leaving God not enough notice to construct
an original symbol of promise?
* Is
God's promise of Heaven as flimsy as the rainbow one?

We
will no longer be able to stand with confidence by the promise of
God's rainbows. |
In today's
society we have grown far too dependent on God's rainbow promises, and
as a result we are not at all ready for such a catastrophe if one were
to occur. Our supply of Jet-skis, scuba gear and floatation devises are
not nearly enough to save our ever expanding population.

As I peer through
this window at the rain coming down, a chill goes up my spine. I am reminded
that we no longer live in a carefree world under the umbrella that was
once Noah's Promise.
If it hadn't
been for rainbows we all might have been better prepared for what looks
to be total world annihilation.

| You
are unbelievably ridiculous!
|
You are unbelievably
ridiculous! Do you have any idea who you are making fun of? You
are making fun of the one who loved you enough to hang on that cross
and die for you. I cannot believe that you would do something like
this in your own time, let alone put it on a website for someone
else to do this. I truly feel sorry for you. Please, please put
this website away. Understand the importance of this man who you
are mocking. He is the Creator of the universe and the Savior of
the World, not a cartoon to play "dress up" with.

Wait wait, hold on a
sec. Who is He?!?
I can assure you Richelle that when I created this site I was under
the impression that He wasn't the guy who made the universe and
saved us from it. I thought that He was a false God... perhaps even
a god that's conversed with the Devil himself!
I'm going to look into
this "savior" angle you've presented and possibly reconsider my
Dress Up page. If what you say is true I could be in a little trouble
I must say! Thank you for the heads up.
Bob
P.S. Is there some reference material you'd suggest that'd confirm
your "God created/saved the world" theories?

...there
was not one contradiction...
There are no errors in the entire book (The Bible)!
|
I know that you think
the Bible is a joke, and that Christianity in itself is a joke,
but I can assure you that it is not.
You asked me for reference
on where I found my information. I know that you were probably mocking
me, but I thought I would tell you a little "trivia" about the history
of the Bible, and then you can decide later whether or not you want
to check into it some more.
Do you know that the
Bible was written over 1600 years by over 40 different authors in
three different languages (Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic) and there
was not one contradiction? When 40 different people see a car accident,
and try and explain what happened, there is no way that all four
of those people would report the same thing. They would each have
a different view on the accident. That is how the Bible should be.
40 human authors write about things they viewed and saw, and not
one of them contradicts another. How can that be? There is no other
explanation than to admit the sovereignty of God.
In the Bible there are
explanations for the water cycle and the blood system in our bodies,
before anyone ever figured them out in modern science. Historically
everything lines up. Solomon's wealth was disputed for centuries,
but we finally found stables exactly where his palace would have
been that held hundreds of horses. Even non-believing archeologists
believed after finding that. The Bible is the most attested book
in the world. Countless people have tried to get rid of it, but
it always makes it through. Why is that? How can that be if it is
only a good book? There are no errors in the entire book! I ask
you, how can this not be from God? If you look at this information
realistically, and you still don't believe in God, you at least
have to admit that there is a higher power behind all of this. It
did not happen by chance.
Sir, there is a God.
He is a God who loved YOU enough to send his one and only Son to
die on a cross in order to be the redemption for YOU. Even if you
were the only one on Earth and you chose to reject Him, He still
would have sent his Son just for you. That's how much you are worth
in His eyes.
I was reading on your
website and you have a list of people who would not have made it
to Heaven because they were simply Catholic. It is not true that
all Catholics go to Hell. It is not true that all of any other religion
go to Hell when they die. Sir, it doesn't matter if you are Muslim,
Catholic, Jewish or Hindu, if you believe in the name ofthe Lord
Jesus Christ, you shall be saved. If Mother Teresa believed that,
then I believe her to be in Heaven today. The problem that arises
is that many believe that you are saved by the "good" you do while
you are on Earth. It is not enough to merely do good works because
one thinks that earns favor in the Father's eyes. You must believe
that He died for you and that through Him, and Him alone can one
enter the Throne of Grace. It is a free and simple gift. All you
have to do is accept it.
I also read many of your
"hate mail" emails. To be honest, I was appalled at what people
wrote to you. I can understand why you have such a bad view of Christians
as a whole. I can guarantee you though, that not all Christians
respond that way.
I beg of you to consider
what I've written. I understand that you are a very busy man, and
that you have a lot of important things to do. But, if you could
just read this over and follow up on it, I know you will find the
answers you are looking for. You are very smart, I can tell that
in the way you write and the way you think. Just try to understand
that God loves you and He wants you to be His child. You don't have
to become a no-fun-all-of-the-time person in order to be a Christian.
I love my life. I have grown up in Christianity and have found my
freedom in Christ. Sure, there are times that I feel like life sucks
and that I've been let down by God. The truth is that when I feel
He's left me, it's always me that left Him. And, every time I feel
that way, I turn around only to find Him waiting for me to come
back to Him. He is waiting for you, and He does love you. I know
that this sounds trite, but I will be praying for you. I believe
that God could use you in a powerful way, if only you will let him.
Thank you for hearing me out.

OK, yes I was mocking
you a little bit, and yes I do think that the Bible is the hugest
farce that there ever was or ever will be.
You asked me the question,
"Countless people have tried to get rid of the Bible, but it always
makes it through, why is that?" The answers to this question are
simple ones.
#1) People want to live
forever in paradise and have wings to fly around with.
#2) People believe that they are entitled to answers on everything.
#3) People have foolish ways.
#4) People believe things just to feel better despite whether or
not it's fact.
#5) People are suckers for love.
I am no different, and this goes for you too. I am going to now
show how you are the embodiment of all 6 of these items, and then
you will once again slip into denial.
Now I have never picked
up a Bible before, but I've got one here and I'm going to thumb
through it and see if I can address your statements.
Richelle, you said that
"there is not one contradiction in the whole Bible. Not one thing
contradicts another."
1 Chr.2:17 "And the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmaelite."
2 Sam.17:25 "Amasa was a man's son, whose name was Ishra
and Israelite."
Now you can never say that there is not one contradiction in the
Bible ever again. OK?
You stated that historically
(in the Bible) everything lines up.
Now, God made the Earth, and then four days later He made man.
You know, I read in the paper the other day that someone several
years ago found a bone buried somewhere that just might prove that
there was once a great many reptilian beasts roaming this planet
long before mankind ever did. Have you heard of that? I clipped
the article out if you'd like me to send it to you. They're calling
them "di·no·saurs".
You stated that "in the
Bible there are explanations for the water cycle and blood stream
before anyone ever figured them out in modern science."
Leviticus 11:13 & 19
God thinks that bats are birds.
You said that there are
no errors in the entire book (you even ended that with an exclamation
point)!
Amos 9:15 "And I will plant them (the Jews) upon their
land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which
I have given them, saith the LORD thy God."
And no. Amos 9:16 does NOT say "Except for Hitler." I checked.
But by far my favorite
quote from you is this: "Many believe that you are saved by the
"good" you do while you are on Earth."
I laughed so long and so hard at that statement that the word "mocking"
will hardly suffice. That is the most ignorant, regurgitated stereotype
that my insulted intelligence has ever been on the receiving end
of.
Richelle, would you like
to know why good deeds will not get you into Heaven? It is because
the only thing more nonexistent than Heaven is your grasp of reality
in which Heaven resides.
You asked me to consider
what you've written. I have, and I consider you to be an extremely
unreliable source for facts and I look forward to hearing more from
you.

| ...a
person that I have never met before is not worth the emotion
that you put me through everytime I read one of your emails.
|
I'm not going to bother
writing anything back again. You are never going to change my mind,
and I am never going to change yours. To tell you the truth, a person
that I have never met before is not worth the emotion that you put
me through everytime I read one of your emails.
I guess I only have one
question for you. Why do you mock people for what they believe?
You get so upset when people mock you for not believing in anything.
I never mocked you, I never even made fun of you, and you absolutely
let me have it. Call me sensitive, I don't know. But, I never tried
to make you feel stupid, but you went out of your way to make me
feel stupid. That's fine. But, I read an email where someone told
you that your problem was that you don't love people. You said that
wasn't true, that you do love people. Well, you sure don't show
that you love people who disagree with you.

Richelle, why would you
take anything I've got to say personally? I'm "unbelievably ridiculous"
remember?
Look at it from my point
of view. You are one of 5,000 other emails I've received trying
to convince/guilt/threaten me into believing something that you
yourself can't even explain. It's a miserable existence to have
a way of life that you can't defend or stand up for. This is why
I walked away from it.
I was once like you,
over emotional, wallowing in ignorance and making up excuses for
every flaw in my beliefs. After a while I started to doubt my own
sanity. I hope that now you've got a better understanding of why
I rub your face in it and resist being dragged back into the world
of confusion you've bought into.
Feeling stupid and confused
is the first big step to freeing yourself from the foolishness.
The God you worship creates
all evil.
Isaiah 45:7
Good luck.
